Can Hemp Chapstick make you high?

Hemp Chapstick can not make high due to its lack of THC and rapid absorption in the skin. This prevents hemp balms from largely interacting with the blood-brain barrier, along with the liver.

So besides not having a chance at getting you high, unlike with a CBD oil or pill, you really don’t have to worry about how much you take at any given time. 

Can lip balm get you high?
